Short-supply employees in Poland

Many investors are disappointed with the lack of predictability and the disproportionate role of state-owned and state-controlled companies. However, the country’s broad structure remains solid.

Short-supply employees in the teaching sector

In a period of economic instability, Poland faces a critical shortage of teachers. However, the government has taken steps to counter the problem, including new anti-inflationary measures, including increased fiscal spending and reduced tax revenue. As a result, the shortage will likely worsen in the years ahead.

The Polish government has taken steps to simplify administrative procedures for businesses and has introduced digital public services. However, weak areas of the legal and regulatory framework remain, dampening investor confidence in some sectors.
